These terms explain how the Bansil Design website and creative-service enquiries work. Contact us at info@bansil.in with questions. Browsing the website or submitting an enquiry does not purchase a subscription or create a paid engagement. Before work begins, we provide a written proposal or service agreement identifying the contracting business, scope, fees and payment details. Your accepted service agreement governs the engagement if it differs from these general website terms.

Services may include graphic design, brand identity, marketing creatives, presentations, packaging, motion graphics and digital design, as specified in your agreed plan. Request limits, concurrent work, revision allowances, deliverable formats and turnaround expectations depend on the selected scope. Unlimited requests are processed through an agreed queue and do not mean unlimited simultaneous output. Timelines depend on complete briefs, complexity, access to assets and timely feedback. New concepts or material changes outside the approved brief may need a revised scope and fee. We will obtain your agreement before charging for additional work.

Website prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, third-party purchases, payment fees where applicable, the billing period and payment due dates are confirmed in writing before purchase. Annual prices are annual totals. Promotional pricing is subject to the displayed eligibility, deadline and availability, and must be confirmed in the accepted proposal. We do not guarantee that a promotional place remains available. Changes to future pricing will be communicated before they apply; accepted fees for an existing committed period are not changed without agreement.

Your written agreement will state whether a subscription renews automatically, any renewal notice, how to cancel or pause, and how unused time or credits are handled. No automatic renewal is authorised merely by submitting this website’s form. Contact info@bansil.in to discuss cancellation or a service problem. Any cancellation charge or refund calculation must follow the agreed terms and applicable law; these website terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy or remove mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights. If we cannot provide agreed services, we will discuss an appropriate remedy.

You must have permission to use the logos, photos, copy, data and other materials you supply. Please provide accurate briefs and identify legal, industry or platform requirements relevant to your project. Review final artwork, spelling, factual claims, dimensions and production specifications before approving publication or manufacture. We remain responsible for performing the services with reasonable care and skill; an approval does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Your pre-existing materials remain yours. The written service agreement specifies the rights transferred in final approved deliverables, the point of transfer and included editable source files. Fonts, stock photography, music, software and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences; required purchases and usage restrictions are disclosed as part of the scope. Our pre-existing tools, methods and reusable resources are not transferred unless expressly agreed. Draft concepts and unused proposals are not licensed for use unless agreed in writing. Portfolio use of client work is subject to the client’s permission and any confidentiality agreement.

Both parties should protect confidential information received for the project and use it only for the agreed work. We may use design software and, where agreed for the project, AI-assisted tools. We will discuss relevant usage or licensing limitations and will not place confidential client material into third-party generative tools without permission. Tell us during briefing if your project requires restrictions on AI-assisted work.

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious files, or misrepresent another person. Contact details, enquiries and applications are handled as described in our Privacy page. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Portfolio placeholders and sample job listings are labelled as examples and are not claims of completed work or confirmed vacancies.

Design is a creative service. We do not promise particular sales, search rankings, advertising results, trademark registration or other commercial outcomes. Liability arrangements, if any, are set out in the accepted service agreement and remain subject to applicable law. Nothing here excludes responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded. Any governing-law or dispute clause in a service agreement must preserve mandatory protections that apply to the customer.

If a concern arises, email info@bansil.in with the project details so we can work towards a resolution. These terms may be updated for future website use and engagements, with the updated date shown on this page. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted service agreement without agreement.
