What does unlimited design mean?
Essential Design includes up to 15 requests per month; Growth Design includes up to 40. Creative Partner includes unlimited requests through a managed queue, not unlimited simultaneous production.
How quickly will my design be delivered?
Essential Design includes a 48-hour turnaround. Timing for complex deliverables and other plans is agreed when the brief is reviewed; larger projects may be delivered in milestones.
Can I request revisions?
Essential Design includes two revisions per design. Growth Design includes unlimited revisions. Creative Partner revision arrangements are agreed with your dedicated team before subscription.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Plan-specific pause and cancellation terms will be clearly stated before subscription.
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Absolutely. We can work within your existing identity or help strengthen and evolve it.
Do you work with international businesses?
Yes. Bansil Design is based in India and offers creative support to businesses worldwide. Communication and delivery arrangements are agreed during onboarding.
Do you provide source files?
Yes, where applicable to the selected service and deliverable. File formats and any third-party licensing requirements are agreed as part of the scope.
How do we manage requests and feedback?
We coordinate through Slack, Google Meet, WhatsApp, email and Google Chat (GChat). During onboarding, we agree the best channels for briefs, meetings, feedback and approvals.
Is website development included?
Landing-page and website UI design are included in Creative Partner. Development, hosting and third-party integrations need a separate scope discussion.
Is this suitable for startups?
Yes. A subscription can be useful when your business needs regular creative output without committing to a full-time design team.
